AN ORDINANCE ABATING ALL OF THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL TA% LEVY FOR THE
7992-7993 FISCAL YEAR
W~REAS, it now appears that the City has, or, will have on
hand, sufficient funds to abate all of such levy for the City~s
1992-1993 fiscal year.
NOW, TFiEREF'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That $110,000.00 of the levy for City of Canton Garbage
Disposal, for the City of Canton 1992-1993 fiscal year be, and the
same hereby is, abated.
2. That all other levies except general corporate fund are
hereby reaffirmed and ratified.
3. That the City Clerk shall certify a copy of this
Ordinance to the Fulton County Clerk as and for said Clerk's
authority to abate $110,000.00 of said levy.
4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor
thereof .
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 19fih day of Tin„a,-v
