Aft ORDINANCE ABATING ALL OF THE GENERAL CORPORATE FIIND TA% LEVY
FOR THE 1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, it now appears that the City has, or, will have on
hand, sufficient funds to abate all of such levy for the City's
1992-1993 fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CODNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, as follows:
1. That $137,500.00 of the levy for City of Canton General
Corporate Fund, for the City of Canton 1992-1993 fiscal year be,
and the same hereby is, abated.
2. That all other levies except garbage are hereby
reaffirmed and ratified.
3. That the City Clerk shall certify a copy of this
Ordinance to the Fulton County Clerk as and for said Clerk'e
authority to abate $137,500.00 of said levy.
4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon its passage by the City Council of the City of
Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, and approval by the Mayor
thereof .
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois at a regular meeting this 19 day of January
19 93 ,upon a roll call vote as follows:

NAYS: None,
