A RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDITIONAL STREET LIGHTING LOCATED
IN THE ALLEY BETWEEN WHITE COURT AND SOUTH MAIN STREET,
CANTON, ILLINOIS, FULTON COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton has determined that it is
necessary, desirable and in the best interests of the City of Canton to hereby approve
additional street lighting located in the alley between White Court and South Main Street,
Canton, Illinois
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton hereby agrees to pay Ameren
CIPS a monthly fee for the additional street lighting.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the City Council of
the City of Canton, Illinois, that Ameren CIPS be and hereby it is requested to furnish the
City of Canton, Illin�is, the following street lighting service:
The pla.cing of a streetlight on the e�sting pole located approximately 50
feet North of Pine Street in the alley running north and south between
White Court and South Main Street.
PASSED: by the City Council of the City of Canton,Illinois and approved by
the Mayor thereof this 17t1�ay of December , 2002 upon a roll call vote.
