WHER,EAS, it e�ppears that on the 21st day of February, 1957, a Petition
signed by all the owner� of record of the land hereinafter described was filed
With the City Clerk of the City of Canton, Illinois, requesting that said land
be disconnected fraqn the City of Canton, Illinoia; and
wHEFtF�AS, the said land is upon the border but within the boundary of the
City of Canton, Illinoia, and is not laid out in municipal lots or blocks; and
WHEREAS, the said land has recentl,y been annexed to the said City of Can-
ton, Illinoia, so that there are no city taxes or assessments due. Therefore,

Section 1. That the following described territory;

be and the same ia hereby disconnected from the City of Canton, Illinois.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall file for recordation a certified
copy of this order in the recorder�s office of Ftiilton County, Illinois.
