Section l. That �hapter X�'.XVII, Section 16 of the Revised Ordinances
of the Citv of ..^,anton, 1�;45, be ar.d. the s�me is hereb,y amende�� to read as follows;
"Section 16. TIi� QF PAY`+�'I!?T. All. officers ar.d emplo,pees of the City
of Canton shall receive their res�ective salaries and compensation in equal in-
stallments on Friday of each week."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall ba in force on and after itr passage
by the City Council anc� approval b,y the tdayor.
