Section 1. That Chagter �L, Article I, Section ll,. of the Revised
Ordinances af the City of Canton, I11ino3s of 1�4K, as amendPd, be and the �
same is hereby amended to read as followss
Any person who drives any vehicle with a �aill.£ul o� wanton
d3sregard for the safet� af �ersons or property is t?uilty of
reck].ess driving and every person conv�.cted of recklPSs
driving shall be �unished by a fine of not l.ess than Ten
Do11arQ (�10.00) nor more than Two Pundred Dol��,ra (�200.Cf�},
Seetican 2. This Ord3nrr�e shall be in force ten days after 3ts
passage by the City Council, ap�,rc��val b,y the 1°�ayor, and puhlication
accordin� to law.
