Section 1s It ahall be unlawful for any person, vhen in an in-
toxicated condition, to drive ariy vehicle on the street$ of the City of
Canton, Illinois.
Section 2. A�r peraon found guilty of a vic�lation of thia Ordinance
ahall be sub�ect to a fine of not less than � 100.00 and aot
more than Two Hundred Dollars (�200.00).
Section 3. This Ordinance aha.11 be in ePfect ten days after ita
psa�sage by the City Council, app2�oved by the Magor and publication ac-
cording to 1nW.
