ILLTNOIS:
Section 1. T?zat no person shall park a vehicle on the
north side of East Qak Street from South Sa.�th Avenue to a
point one hundred thirt�-two �132) feet west of the northwest
corner o£ East Qak Street and Sauth Sixth �.venue.
Section 2. That the Police l�epa.rtrnent is hereby directed
to erect proper signs to inform persons that there shall be no
parking as authorized by this Orc�i�nance.
Section 3. That any person convicted of a violation of
any of the provisions of this Ordinance sha1l be subject to a
f ine of not less than .�3.b0 nor rnore than ��200.00.
Section I�. Thz_s Ordinance shal_l be in effect ten days
after its passar;e by the City Council, a��nrav��.l by the I�1a�Tor
and publication according to law. �
