That it is hereby determined to be necessary� � ijin the interests of public health and safety, that improvements an�. I{� extensions be made to the existing waterworks system of said City, � ; ;; and that improvements and extensions be made to the existing sewer�- �; i ;� age system of said, City, all as described in the preambles of thisf � � �' ordinance, and that money be borrowed for said. purposes, and in � �� evidence thereof bonds of said. City be issued. � � �d Section 2. That there be borrowed by, for and on behalf° �! of said City the sum of $230,OU0 for the pur�ose of paying the cos� ,; ;� of constructing improvements and extensions to the waterworks syst�m �. �! of said City, and that to evidence said loan negotiable bonds of ' �� (+ said City be issued, and that said bonds be designated "Waterworka� �� � Improvement Bonds", be two hund.red thirty (230) in number, numbere�.
