SEC_,TTON 1. That Chapter 11� Seetion 3 of the Revised Ordir�ances
of the City of Canton, Illinois, 1959, be 8nd the Bame ia hereby amerbded
to read as followa:
"Seetion 3. REGULAR. ME�'TINGS. The Regular Moetings of the
City Council ehall be held in the Council Chaniber of the City Hall on
the first and third Tueedays oP each month at 7;00 o'clock P.M., except
tirhen said Tueeday shall be a publ3c holiday or a day upon which shall be
a general or apecial election e.nd then the Council ahall meet on the day
following at the same time. Ad�ourned meetinga aha.11 be held for the
purpoae of completing the unfinished business of the regular meeting at
such time or times as ma.y be determined by the Council, provided� however,
that the regular reports of of�'icers and claims aga.inst the City shall
be presented at the first meeting ir� each m�onth only."
3ection 2. Thie Ordin�..nce shall be in effeet from and after
its psssage by the City Couneil and approval by the M.ayor.
