BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THk' CITY OF CAr?TON, ILLINOISa
SECTION 1. Al1 Operators and Passengers ot" boate or water craft

SECTION 2. Anqr person found guilty of a violation of this
account shall be aubjQCt to a fine of not legs than Five Dollars (�5.00)
nor more than One Hundred Dollars (�100.00) .
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect ten days after ite
passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor and publication
aceording to law.
