BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COt1DTCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOISs
SEl,C�ION 1. That Chapter 1, Article 11, Section 2 of the Revised
Ordinsncea of the City of Canton, Illinois, 1959, be and the same ia
hereby amended to read as followss
"Section 2. OFFICE HOIIRS AD1D DUi'IES. The Secretary to the
Mayor sha.11 maintain office hours from eight o�clock in the forenoon until
noon and from one o'clock to four o'clock in the afterninon Prom Monday
through Friday of er.ch week. In addition to performing such dutiee as
the Mapoa� from time to time may require, she shall do such atenographic
and clerical work as the City Conncil, the City Engineer� or the City
Attorney may requ3rs in connection xith their official dutiea."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shaLl be in effect from and after its
pe.asage by the City Council. and appa�oval by the Me�yor.
