ORDINAI�CE r10. 145 of the City of Canton, Illinois, r. Pr—
taining to the tax rat� limit for the FIRE PROT�'CTION FUND of
the municipality of the CI�Y OF C��NTUI`d, ILLIPTGIS, as fixed by
said ordinance under date of December 18, 1951, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 1. The maxium rate limit for the FIRE PROTECTION
FUND of the municipality shall be established at two mills on
the dollar of the full, fair cash value of all taxable property
in the municipality as ascertained anc? set by law.
��� Section 2. A certified cop� of this amenaed ordinance
shall be filed with the County Clerk of the Count�r of rulton, in
the State of Illinois , within twenty (20) days after its adoption.
Section 3. This ordinance as ar�ended shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passa�e, as provided by law.
Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here—
with be and the same is her�by re��ealed.
