It shall be unlawful to keep any ecuch effitab- lishment open for business betwesn the h'ours of 8 p.m. aad 8 a.m. unles� there is �n adult attendant in charge of the premises duriag such hours. Sectioa 4. Installation of all equipment in such estab- lishffients ahall be in conformity with the ordinances of the City of Canton relating to such installations.
