IZLINOIS:
That Section 16 (e) of Chapter XXXVIII of the Revised Ordinances
of the City of Canton, 1959, be and the same is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sectio�. 16-(e) . That any employee or officer of said �ity
of Canton who may become ill so that he is un.able to work shall
receive �en days pay during each year for the time he is unable to
work, -
, provided
that said employee has been so employed for a period of at least
thirty dass before said illness occurs. That the ten days above
mentioned shall not be cumulative so as to carry over to a sue-
ceed�n� year but shall apply to only one year.
This amendm.en� shall be in effect after passage by the
City Council an.d approved by the Mayor.
Passed by the Cit�Council and approved by the Ma9or this
