.An Ordinance a.mending Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Canton, Illinois, and being Section 2 of Chapter
XLV of The Revised Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois,
of 1959•
BE IT ORD�Il�ED BY THE CITY CGUNCIL �F T �i� CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Cit9
of Canton, Illinois, being Section 2 of Chapter XLV of the Re-
vised Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois, of 1959, is
hereby amended in the following respects :
That Lot 10, Block 2 in Anderson's First Addition to
the City of Canton, Illinois, be changed from R-3 Classification,
being a Two-Family Residential District, to a B-2 Classification,
that is, to a General Business District classification.
That in all other resgects said Section 2 of the said
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Canton shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effe�t
from and after its passage, approval and publication accordin� to
law.
PASSED by the City Council of th City of Canton, Illinois,
and approved by the Mayor this ��' day of July, 1962.
