of the City of Canton, Illinois, and being �ection 2 of Chapter
XLV of the Revised Ord.inances of the City of Canton, Illinois,
of 1959•

Section l. Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Canton, Illinois, bein� Section 2 of Chapter XLV of the Re- .
vised Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois, of 1959, is
hereby amended in the followin� respects :
That One Hundred feet off of the West Ends of Lots
Numbers Twenty-three and Twenty-four in J. J. Brants
Addition to the City of Canton, Illinois, be changed
from R-� Clas�ification, being a One-Family Residenti�l
Distric�;, to a- B-1 Classification, that is, to a Local
Shopping District.
That in all other respects said Section 2 of the said
Zoning Ordinance , as heretofore amended, of the City of Canton
shall remain in full force ,�nd effect.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval ancl publication
according to law.
PASSED by the City Council of the ity of Canton, Illinois,
and approved b� the Mayor, this day of August, 1962.
