An Ordinance �mendin� Section 2 of the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Canton, Illinois, and being Section 2 of Chapter XLV
of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinais, 1959•
Be it ord.ained by the city council o.f the city of Ganton,
Illinois, That
Section 1. �ection 2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Canton, Illinois, being Section 2 of Chapter XLV of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Ca.r.+;�n , Illinois, 1959, is hereby amended
in the following respects� That` ; :
Be�innin� at the Northeast corner of Lot number 6 of
Block 4 of Gould' s Addition to the City of Canton, Ill-
inois, thence East to the Northeast corner of Lot number
5 in Block 5 of Kellog� & Babcock' s Addition to the City
of Canton, Illinois, thence South to the Southeast corner of
e� I,ot number 11 of said Block 5 of Kellog� and Babcock' s
Addition; thence South to the Northeast corner of Lot 66
of Barne�' anc? Jones ' Addition, thence South to the South-
east corner of Lot number 91, of said Barn�� ' and Jones '
Addition, thence Southerl�� to the Northe�st corner of Lot
number 1, Block 6 of Anderson` s First Addition; thence
South to the Southeast corner of Lot number 3 in Block 5
of said Anderson' s First Addition; thence West to the South-
west corner of Lot number 10 in Block number 2 of Andersori' s
First Addition; thence North to the Northwest corner of Lot
number 11, in Block 1 of Said Anderson' s First Addition;
thence North to the Southwest cor_ner of Lot number 64 of
Barnes and Jones Addition; thence North to the North�l�st
corner of Lot 39 in said Barnes & Jones Addition, thgnee
West. to the Southeast corner of Lot number 3C of Barnes
and Jones Addition; thence North to the point of beginning, �
be changed from R-3 classification, being a Two-Family Resi-
dential District to a B-2 District , that is, a General
Business District.
That in all other respects said Section 2 of the said Zon-
ing Ordinance, as heretofore amended, of the City of Canton, Illinois,
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from an.d after its passage , approval by the Mayor, and publication
according to law.
