Section l. That �hapter XXXVIII, Section 3 of the
Revised Ordinances of th� City of C_�nton, I11iz.ois, 1959,
be and the same is hereby amended to re�zd as follows :
The City C1Prk of the City of Canton, Illinois , shall
receive as compens�tion for her services an annual salary
of r�ive Thousand Lollars (�S,QCC.00) commencin� on th� First
Tuesday in the month of May, 1965, bein� the first day of
the next Fiscal year.
Section 2. `1'his Ordinance shall be in effect on and
after its passage by the City �ouncil and approval of th�
Mayor.
PASSED by the City �ouncil of Canton, Illinois, and
spproved bv the Mayor, tllis �+� d.�y of M.:.rch, 1965.
