Section 1. `1'H��TER 7,ICET�SES: That any person or Cor-
poration operating a Theater where the seatin� capacity is under
�50 shall pay to the City of �anton, Tllinois, a license fee of
�75.00 per year; and w7lere the seatin� capacity is 750 or over
they shall pay the �ity of Cantori, Tllinois, a license fee of
y�120.00 per year.
Section 2. That the provisions of vhapter VII, xrticle I,
excepting those in �ection 1�, rourth Class, of said rrticle, be
and they shall remain in effect as r�mended.
Section 3 . EF�'�C�l'IVE Dt►T�: T��is Crdinance sha11 be in
effect on and after ivovember l, 1965, and after its passa�;e by
the City Council and approved by the ��:ayor.
