BE IT ORDAINET} BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH� CITY �F Cr�IvTUi�, ILLINCIS;
Section 1 . That for each tap made on any City water line
the cost shall be $25.00. That for each tap on any City sewer line
the cost shall be $15.00. Any permit given for any tap shall be-
come void within ninety �90) days after its issuance, unless said
tap has actually been made.
In event any water service is disconnected for failure
to pay for said service there shall be a charge of �3 .00 for con-
necting said service which shall be made only during normal working
hours of the official or employee of said City making said connection.
Section 2. Any sew�r or water tap made, or water or
sewer lines which subsequently maybe connected onto the water ar�
sewer lines of said City, shall be subject to the approval of the
City Plwnbing Inspector. ,
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall be in effect on ��ia� 1 ,
1966, after its passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor.
