Section 1 . Al1 sewerage pipes laid in underground work
shall use either lead or rubber joints known as elastrometric
compression-type gaskets, which a re sealed by deformation of a
one-piece double-seal gasket.
Section 2. The fee for plumbing permits shall be the
sum of Two Dollars ("�2.00) for each opening.
Section 3 . �ny person found guilty of a violation of
any of the provisions of this Grdinance shall be subject to a
fine of not less than 7.'hree Dollars {`�3 .00) nor more than �renty-
Five Dollars (�25,00) for each offense.
Section 1�. This Grdinance shall be in effect ten d ays
after its passage by the City Council, approval by the I4iayor and
publication according to law.
