WHERE�S it appears to the City Council of the City of
Canton, Illinois , that the tarritory hereinafter described is not
within the corporate limits of any municipality but is conti�uous
to the City of Canton, Illinois; and
It iurther appearin�; to the said City Council that no
electors reside in said territory 1^�ereindrter described and that
the cwners of record of all the land within said territory rias re-
quested that it be annexed to said City as shown 'ay t he record of
this Council:

Seetian 3 . T'riat this Crdinance shall be in effect from

of the City of Canton, Tllinois .
