WHEREAS, the owners of the real estate hereinafter describ d
ave heretofore filed with the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
ity of Canton, Illi.nois , a Petition for a Hearing to rezone said
remises from R-2 (one-family residential) to B-�i (general business
istrict).
WHEREAS, after due notice of said hearing no person or
ersons appeared on otherwise objected to said reclassification as
et forth in said Fetition; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, by resolution duly and properly
assed and recorded, did approve said premises hereinafter described
e re-zoned and reclassified according to the terms of said Petition
nd did transmit to this body a letter requesting this body to re-
one said premises in compliance with the Petition and the Resolu-
ion duly enacted by said Commission.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C ITY COUNC IL OF THE CITY
F CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section l. That the premises described as follows:
Lot Number Twenty-Five (25) in FISHER�S ADDITION to
the City of Canton, Illinois
e and shall hereafter be zoned a B-2 General Business District.
Section 2. That the proper official of said City sha11
