BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOISt
S�ctiOn 1 . That stop signs shall be posted at the South-
west and Northeast corners of the Intersection of North Third Ave-
nue and East Olive Street in the City of Canton, Illinois, and �
whenever a driver of a vehicle shall approach North Third Avenu�
he shall bring his vehicle to a complete stop and then proceed with
caution when a safe interval occurs.
Section 2. Any person found guilty of a violation of
this Ordinance �hal1 be subject to a fine of not less than Five
Dollars (�5.00) nor more than 3tvo Hundred Dollars ($200.00) .
Section 3 • This Ordinance shall be in force ten days
after its passage by the City Council, approv�l by the Mayor and
publication according to law.
