ORDINANCE N0. �9,�
BE IT ORT3AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF CANTON, TLLINUIS:
Section 1 . That pursuant to Ordinance Numbered 117 of the
City of Canton, Illinois, a parking meter zone shall and the same
is her�by established on th� East side of North Second Avenue in
the City of Canton, Illinoi�, from the south sidewalk line of
East Chestnut Street in said Gity to a point 75 feet South thereof.
Section 2. That the tirne limitations in said parking
meter zone shsll be determined by the Chief of Police of said City.
Section 3 . That th� provisions of Article VIII of said
Ordinance Nwnber 11? shall be effective the sam� as if incorporated
herein.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in effect ten days
after its passage by the Citp Council, approval by the Mayor and
publication according to law.
