Section 2. h:o p�rson sh�.11 park a vchicle, exc�pt for
the unloadin�� of goods or the disch�rgin,� of passeng�rs, on the
South side of ?°�est '�'dalnut Str��t in tn� City of Canton, Tllinois,
from l���iartin �venu� to South :�venue D.
Section 3 . 1'yny p�rson accus�d of a viola.tion of this
Urdinance m�y settle and compromise the cldim �g�inst him on c�r
far such violation by paying to th� City th� sum of GNE DGLL�.Ft (�1 .00)
for e�ch offense within tw�nty-four hours from th� tim� such viola-
tion was committed. Such paym�nt shall b� mad� at the police
st�tion, and a r�ccipt shall be issued for all money so received,
�nd such money sh�ll be promptly turn�d over to th� City Treasurer
to be placed in th� p�rking mct�r fund. Tf such payment is made
the members of the polic� d�p�rtm�nt and traffic officers are hcre-
by �.uthorized to refrain fror,z instituting � prasecution for said
vi ola ti on.

after its pa.ssage by the City Council, approv�l by the P°�yor and
