BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIiE CSTY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
� tion . That atop signs shal.l be posted at the Ptorthwest and
Southeast corners of the Intersection of South Sixth Avenue and Ea.st Hickory
Street in the C3ty of Canton, Illinois, and whenever a driver of a vehicle shall
approach East Hickory Street he shall bring his vehicle to a complete stop and
then proceed with caution when a safe interval occurs.
S�,gction 2. That stop signs shall be posted at the Northwest and
Southeast corners of the Intersection of South Sixth Avenue and Ea.st Oak Street
in the City of Canton, Illinois� and whenever a driver of a vehicle shall ap-
proach Esst �ak Street he shall bring his vehicle to a complete stop and then
proceed with caution when a safe interval occurs.
Se�Ction 3. That stop signs shall be posted at the Northwest and
Southeast corners of the Intersection of South Seventh Avenue and East Oak Street
in the City of Canton, Illinois, and whenever a driver of a vehicle shall ap-
proach F.�e.at Oak Street he sha11 bring his vehicle to a complete atop and then
proeeed with caution when a safe interval occurs.
Seeti�on 4. Any person fnund guilty of a violation of this Ordinance
sha.11 be sub�ect to a fine of not l.ess than Five Dollars (�5.00) nor more than
Two Hundred Dollaxs (�200.00).
�,tion 5. This Ordi.nance shall be in �orce ten days after ita passage
by the City Council, approval by the Ma,yor and publication according to law.
