ORUINANCE N0. ti-3� BE IT ORDAINED BY THI!; L'ITY COUNCIL OF T� CITY OF CANTON, ILLII�OIS: Section 1. That 5ection 7 of Ordinance 17F3, passed by the City Coun- cil of the City of Canton, Tllinois, and approved by the Niayor, on the 21st day of June A. D. 1966, be, an.d the sa.me is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 7. 5PACES. F�.ch trailer coach shall be allotted a site of not less than 2,100 square feet, provided that tra:�.ler coach spaces or sites e�isting in parks or approved by the Department of �'u.blic Health of the State of Illinois for construction prior to July 1� 1967, shall contain an area of not less than 1000 square feet. No trailer coach shall be parked closer than 5 feet to the side lot lines of a trailer coach park, or closer than 10 feet to a public street, alley or building. Each individual trailer si�e st�all abut or face on a driveway or roadway of not less than 21� feet in width, which driveway or roadway shall have unobstructed access to a public highway or alley. There shall be an open space of �,t least 10 feet adjacent to the sides of every trailer coach and at least 5 feet adjacent to the ends of every trailer coach.tr Section 2. STRZETS and DRIVEI��AYS. A11 streets and driveways in every trailer coach park must be maintained in a passable and reasonably dust- proof condition at al1 times, and all streets and driveways in every trailer coach pr�.rk established after Ja.nuary 1, 1954, shall have a minimum width of 20 feet for streets or driveways. Al1 streets and driveways in parks con- structed after the effective date of July 1, 1967, shall have a minimum width of 21,. feet. Section 3. No La.undry' trays shall be located in toil.et or bathrooms. Se�tion �.. PEPIALTY. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Orciinance shall be fined not less th�.n Five Dollars (�5.00) nor r.:ore than Two :'�3undred Dollars (2p200.00) for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed corrunitted on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Section 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in force ten days from and after its �assa�e by the City Council, approval. by the Ma.yor and publication according to law.
