WH�KE:AS, th� owners of the real esta.te herEinai'ter described have here-
tofore filed with the Pla.ru3ing and Zonin� Commission of the Gity of �►anton,
Illinois.,. a petition for a Hearing to re-zone th� premises hereinafter described
from an R-2� one family residential district to an R-3, two family dw�lling
re3idential district; and
WHERFAS� after due notice of said hearin� no person or persons appeared
or otherwise objected to said reclassification as set forth in said Petition; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, by r�:solution duly and praperly passed and
recorded, did approve said premises hereinafter described be re-zoned and re-
classified acco�ding to the tErms o.f said Petition anc� did transmit to ttiis
body a letter rEquesting this body to re-zone said prer,u.ses in compliance with
the Petition and the Resolution duly enacted by said Commission.
