A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPOSITING OF SURCHARGE FUNDS
REIMBURSED BY TAX INCREMENT 4A FUND OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS TO WATER AND SEWER FUNDS OF THE CITY OF CANTON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois has
determined that it is necessary to deposit money from the (Surcharge Funds) to the Water
and Sewer Fund, such funds previously determined to be used for capital improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That the sum of Seventy-nine Thousand Dollars ($79,000.00) be, and the same
hereby is, deposited from the (Surcharge Funds) of the City of Canton, Illinois reimbursed
by Tax Increment Fund 4A of said City. Such funds are to be used for the payment of the
repairs to the spillway and Water Plant filters and fetter truck.
2. That the City Treasurer and the City Clerk of the City of Canton, Illinois, be
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to make the foregoing deposit.
3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County and approval by the
Mayor thereof.
