Section 1. Tha.t Chapter XI.:�iTII, Section 3 of the xevised Ordin�nces
of the City of Canton, 111inois, 1�?59, be and the same is hereby amended to
xead as follows:
"Section 3. CITY CZF?��. The Cit;� Clerlc shall receive an annual salary
of Six Thousand Dollars (�6,000.00)."
Section 2� Tha.t Chanter �VIII, Section 4 of the r�evised Ordinancea
of the City of Canton, Illi.nois, 1�?59, be and the sar�e is hereby ?mend.ed to
read as follows:
"Section 4. CITX T�ASUR.ER. The City 'I're�,surer snall receive an annual salary
of Three Tholzsand Doll^.rs (=�3,000.00) and such other compensation as
provided by the 5ta.tutes of the St�te of �.11inois."
Seetion 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its
passa�e by the City i:o�ancil anc� �.��r.oval by the I�;ayor.
