ORDINANCE N0. �
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Canton, Illinois, after notice and hearing has made its recommen-
dations in writing that the realty hereinafter described be rezoned
from R-1 (residential) to B-2 (�eneral Business District) ,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it and it hereby is ordained by
the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois that the realty
described as follows :
The East one-half of the Northwest Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter, Section 25, Tow?�ship 7
North, Range 4 East of the 4th Principal Mer.idian
situated in the County of Fulton in the State of
Illinois.

made a part of the zoning ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois

That the City Clerk shall send a copy of this Ordinance

passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
