ORDTNANCE N0. �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS :
SECTION 1. That no motor vehicle shall be parked (as
defined by the Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois) on
the South side of Ash Street in the City of Canton, Illinois from
North Main Street , East to 15th Avenue.
SECTION 2. That no motor vehicle sha11 be parked (as
defined by the Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois) on
the South side of Myrtle Street from North Main Street to the
new Junior High School.
SECTION 3. That no motor vehicle shall be parked (as
defined by.--the Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois) on
the South side of West Elm Street in the City of Canton, I1linois
from Avenue B, East . 7-o A�F /�,
SECTION 4. That the proper officials of the City shall
post signs informing persons of this Ordinance.
SECTION 5. That any person who shall be convicted of
a violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be
punished by a f ine of not less than $3.00 nor more than �200.00.
SECTION 6. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten
days after its passage by the Council, approval by the Mayor and
publication according to law.
ASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this
day of September, A.D. 1969.
