ORDINANCE N0. �s�
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS :
SECTION 1. That stop signs shall be posted at the North-
east and Southwest corners of the intersection of East Locust
Street and North Eleventh Avenue in the City of Canton, Illinois
and , whenever a driver of a vehicle shall approach North Eleventh
Avenue, he shall bring his vehicle to a complete stop and then
proceed with caution when a safe interval occurs.
SECTION 2. Any person found guilty of a violation of
this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Five
dollars (�5.00) nor more than �ao hundred dollars (�200.00) .
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect ten days
afters its passage by the City Council , appr oval by the Mayor
and publication according to law.
