ORDINANCE N0. +��
WHEREFORE, the Lake Committee has recurring needs for some
funds to implement various activities at Lake Canton,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS :
SECTION l. Boat license fees, lot rental fees , swimming
f ees and concession f ees shall hereafter be held in special
fund and made available to the Lake Development Committee for
such legitimate expenditures by this Committee as may be, subject ,
however, to the approval of the City Council.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED by the City Council_�he City of Canton, Illinois ,
