ORDINANCE NO. ,.,���
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS :
SECTION 1. That a stop sign shall be posted at the
Northwest corner of the intersection of North Sixth Avenue and
East Ash Street in the City of Canton, Illinois so that whenever
a driver of a vehicle heading Southbound on North Sixth Avenue
shall approach East Ash Street he shall bring his vehicle to a
complete stop and then proceed with caution when a safe interval
occurs.
SECTION 2. Any person found guilty of a violation of
this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than Five
Dollars (�5.00) nor more than �,ro Hundred Dollars (�200.00) .
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect ten days
after its passage by the City Council , approval by the Mayor
and publication according to law.
