ORDINANCE N0. � d �
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS :
SECTION 1. That a stop sign shall be posted at the South-
east corner of the intereection of Martin Avenue and West Pine
S.treet in the City of Canton, Illinois and, whenever a driver of
a vehicle shall approach West Pine Street , he shall bring his
vehicle to a complete stop and then proceed with caution when a
safe interval occurs.
SECTION 2. Any person found guilty of a violation of this
Ordinance sha11 be subject to a f ine of not less than Five dollars
(�5.00) nor more than �ao hundred dollars (�200.00) .
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect ten days
after its passage by the City Council, approval by the Mayor and
publication according to law.
