ORDINANCE NO. ._5'�
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCII� OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILI,INOIS:
SECTION 1. That each full time employee of the Garbage
Department of the City of Canton, Illinois , sha11 receive an
increase in his salary or service in the amount of �2.30 per week.
SECTION 2. The raises or increases in salary or wages
herein provided shall be in effect on the first Monday in May,
A.D. 1970 and, to the extent necessary, this Ordinance shall be
retroactive to that date.
SECTION 3. The per centage increases in salary or service
provided by �rdinance �302, passed and approved April 21 , 1970,
shall be applied and computed on the salaries herein involved after
the increases thereof herein provided have been firet made and
reflected thereon.
PASSED by the City Council. o� the City of Canton, Illinois
and approved by the Mayor this �day of May, A.D. 1970.
