A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER ON THE FLOOD
RELIEF IMPROVEMENTS, EDA PROJECT #06-19-61077
WHEREAS, final quantities differed from original calculations to the extent of
$8,581.41 and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the contract price to reflect the change,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois, that the Mayor be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the Change Order reflecting the increased price to $1,096,550.46.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois at a
regular meeting this 6th day of October, 1998.
