ILLJNOIS :
SEGTION 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 308 (providi�g
that �o m�tor vehicle sha11 be parked on t�.e West side of Seventh
Avenue in the City of Ganton, Illinois from the Soia.th curb line of
East Gorporation Street to the North curb line of �rant Flace}be,
and i;he same hereby is, repealed.
SEGTION 2. That no motor vehicle shall be parked (as defined
by the Or�dinances of the Gity of Canton, Illinois� on the West side
of Seventh Avenue in the City of Canton, Illinois from the SOIl'tYl
curb line of East Birch S�;reet to t�.e North curb line of East Ash
Street and from the South curb line of East Locust Street to the
Nartli curb li.ne of �r. ant Place.
SEGTION 3. That the proper officials o£ the City shall post
signs informing persons of this Ordi��ance.
SEC'!'IOIV 4. That any person who shall be convicted of a
violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance sha11 be
punished by a fine of :�ot less than �5.00 nor more than �200.00.
SEC'.CION 5. This Ordinance sha11 be in effect ten days after
its passage by the Council, approval by the Mayor and publication
according to 1aw.
