WH�EAS, the P�.anning Commission of the Gity of Canton,
Illinois, after �utice and hearing, has made its recommendations
i.n writing that the realty hereiiiafter described be rezoned .£rom
R-1 to B-2.

CITY GOtTNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS : t�at the realty
described as foll�ws :
Lots number 8 and 9, except 60 feet off the West
ends thereof, in F.A. Gobleigh's Addition to the
City of Canton, sit3_iated iiz the City of Canton,
Fulton Coia.�ty, Illinois,
be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1, one-family residential,
to B-2, business use, and that "Man B Zoni�zg Di�tricts, Canton,
I1linois, and Contiguous A.rea" which has heretofore been made a
part of the Z�ning Ordiilances of the City o_e Canton, Illinois, be
madi.eied and marked to reflect the zoning change here ordained.
That � City Clerk sha11 send a copy of this Ox•dinance
to the Pranning and Zoning Commission of said C�ty.
That this O.rdinan�e shall be in effect after its passage
by the Gity Council and anproval by t�e Mayor.
PASSED by the G'ty Cauncil and approved by t:he Mayor this
