has heretofore acquired ownershi� of the fo.11owiaig descr3bed realty,
to-wit :

o� Illinois (which sai3 �ealty is �e!nerally
locatsd at the �ai.ithwest �orner of t�.e irlter-
section of North Mai.�1 and Lorust St:.reets in
the Ci�ty of Canton, I1linois) ; and,
WHE}tEAS, said City has improrred saa.d r. ealty for the purpase
of providing parking facilities for the duly licensed mator vehicles
of the general public,

enter only at the entraxlce prova.ded .i'or entry and sha].l leave said
realty only from the exit pr�vided for. exit.
SEG`�'IflN G. Tl�ia� the proper officials of the Ci��ty of Canton
shall post appropriate cont.rol si�ns to implemeazt this ordiizance.
SLCTION '?. That any persoxi �aho shal.l be c�nvicted of a
violation of. any of the pro�risions of t3�is Or3izzance shal.l be
punished by a fine of nat less than �5.00 nor rnore -than �200.00.
SEGTIO�J 3. That �his Or�l:inance shall be in effect ten days
after i-ts passage by the Cc►z�.�cil, approval by the Mayor and publica�-
tion according to law.
