WHEREAS , the Planning Commission of the City of Canton,
Illinois , after notice and hearing has made its recommendations
in writing that th� realty hexeinafter described be rezoned
from R�2 (one family residential) to R�4 (multiple family xesidential) ,
NOW, THEREFORE , be it and it hereby is ordained by the City.
Council of the City of Canton, Illinois that the xealty described
as follows :
Lots l and 2 in Bl.ock 1 in BABCOCK'S QUALITY
HILL THIRD ADDITION to the City of Canton,
County of Fulton and S`tate of Illinois
be and the same hereby is , xezoned from R»2 (one family residential)
to RM4 (multiple family residenti:al) and that "Map B , Zoning Districts
Canton, I llinois and contiguous area" , which has hexeto.f�bre been
made a part of the zoning ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois
be modified and marked to xeflect the zoning change hexein ordained.
. That the City Clerk shall send a copy of this Ordinance to the
Planning and Zoning Commission of said Gity.
That -this Ordinance shall be in effect after its p assage by
the City Council and approval by the �Iayor.
