AN ORDINANCE ABOLISHING THE OFFICE OF CUSTODIAN OF THE SANITARY
LANDFILL AND ALL ORDINANCES ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING THE SALARY
FOR SUCH OFFICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS:
That the Office of Custodian of the Sanitary Landfill,
as provided by Ordinance No. 136 of this City, and the salary
therefor, as provided by Ordinance No. 139 of this City be, and
the same hereby is, abolished, cancelled and revoked.
This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage by
the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Canto Illinois
and approved by the Mayor thereof, this _4LL day of
