ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 321
(AN ORDINANCE HAVING TO DO WITH PARKING OF VEHICLES ON AND ALONG
SEVENTH AVE^IUE. )
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 321 be, and
the same hereby is amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. That no motor vehicle shall be parked
(as defined by the Ordinances of the City of Canton,
Illinois) on the West side of Seventh Avenue in the
City of Canton, Illinois from the South curb line of
East Birch Street to the North Curb line of East Ash
Street and from the South curb line of East Locust Street
to the North curb line of Grant Place, excepting therefrom,
however, that portion of said Seventji Avenue between
East Walnut Street and East Pine Street in said City."
Section 2. That the proper officials of the City shall remove
any signs presently existing in conflict with the foregoing.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in effect after its
passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
