BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION l. That the following described realty, to-wit :
Lot Number thirteen (13) and Lot Number Fourteen
(14) in Block Number two (2), Babcock 's Quality
Hill, Second Addition to Canton, F�lton County,
Illinois,
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from the zoning classification
of R-2 to the zoning classification of R-3 under the zoning Ordinances
of the City of Cant on, Il1 inoi s.
SECTION 2. That the proper officials of this City mark the
zoning map of this City to display the zoning classif ication established
by this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be in full force and effect
upon its passa�e by the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois
and approval by the Mayor thereof.
