��1 Rezoning Lots 72 - 76 of
� Northview Manor, Section 2.
WHEREA.S, it appears to the City Council of the City
of Canton that the territory hereinafter described is zoned R-1,
Residential, but that the Planning and Zoning Commission of
said ��ity has recommended that the zoning be changed to R-4,
Multiple Residential; and
It further appearing to the said City Council that all
of the requisites for rezoning said property have been met and that
a hearing was held on July 9, 1973, at which time the objectors
were given an opportunity to be heard, and further, that the owner
of the following described land has requested that it be rezoned from
R-1, Residential, to R-�, Multiple Residential;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDA.INED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That the territory described as:
Lots 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76 of Northview Manor,
Section Two (2) to the City of Canton, Fulton
County, Illinois;
be, and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1, Residential, to
R-4, Multiple Resid��ntial.
Section 2. That a co�y of this Ordinance shall be filed
with the City Clerk and the proper changes be effected on the
zoning maps of the City of Canton, Illinois.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from
and after a majority vote of the City Council of the City of Canton,
Illinois, and approval of the Mayor.
