RESOLUTION NO. 3423
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CANTON AND WESTERN II.LINOIS REGIONAL
COUNCIL FOR COMPLETION OF AN INCOME SURVEY
WHEREAS,. the. City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois has. reviewed the
terms of said Ageement, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
Exhibit A; and,
WHEREAS,. the City Council of the City of Canton, Illinois has_determined that it
is in the best interest of the City of Canton to approve said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFOREr BE IT RESOLVED BY THL CITY COUNCI>G. OF
THE CITY OF CANTON, Fulton County, Illinois as follows:
1. That.. said Ageement, a copy of which is attached.. hereto and. made.. a part
hereof as Exhibit A, is hereby approved pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth
therein:
2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
passage by the City Council of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois and approval by
the Mayor thereof.
PASSED by the. City. Council. of the City of Canton, Fulton County, Illinois, at a
regular meeting this 16thday of June, 1998, upon a roll call vote as follows:

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and concluded this iC~ day of _G~, 1998,
between the City of Canton, hereafter referred to as the City, and the Western
Illinois Regional Council, hereafter referred to as WIRC, WITNESSETH:
That said WIRC, at the request of the City, does agree to perform the following:
completion of an income survey for Canton, Cuba, and any communities that have been
added to the city's water system. The City hereby agrees to pay WIRC an amount of
$100 plus all direct costs for the survey, including copying, travel, additional staff time
beyond regular work hours. Payment is due upon completion of the survey and
presentation of a bill by the WIRC to the City.
In Witness Whereof, WIRC and the City have hereunto respectively set their hands
and seals on the day and year first written.
