(AN ORDINANCE AMFNDIN� ORDINANCE N0. 416 : AN ORDINANCE REGULATING
THE PARKIlVG� OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF EAST MAPLE
STREET IN THE CITY OF CANTON, ILLIlVOIS)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CANTON,
ILLIlVOIS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance 416, passed April 3,
1973, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows :
"SECTION 1. That no motor vehicle shall be parked (as
defined by the Ordinances of the City of Canton, Illinois)
on the south side of East Maple Street in the City of
Canton, Illinois between the West curb line of South
Second Avenue to the East curb line of South First Avenue. "
SECTION 2. That, in all other respects, said Ordinance 416
be and the same hereby is ratified and confirmed.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall be in effect upon its
passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
